Steve Robbins, Ph.D.

Steve Robbins was converted to Christ at age 17 when he was very involved with the Jesus Movement in Southern California. Steve attended three Bible Colleges and Fuller Seminary to earn a B.A. in Religion, M.A. in Biblical Studies and Theology, and has received a Ph.D. in Systematic Theology from Fuller Seminary. While getting his education, Steve was an associate pastor for two years, planted his own church 23 years ago, has helped plant several other churches, was appointed to the Vineyard Board of Directors by John Wimber, and has done Vineyard conferences in four continents. Steve serves as a member of the Senior Pastoral Team at Vineyard Columbus.

Steve Robbins Ph.D. has been a director of the Vineyard Leadership Institute (VLI), a two-year part-time program for training emerging leaders to become effective. Under Steve

The Pentateuch is the first 5 books of the Old Testament, dealing with the creation of the universe and humankind as well as the plan of God’s restoration of humans after their rebellion (Genesis), the deliverance of Israel out of Egypt as well as the place where people could meet with God (Exodus), God’s laws for living among pagan ancient Near Eastern neighbors (Leviticus), the guidance and patience of God despite human disobedience (Numbers), and the preaching and application of God’s Law to his people poised to enter the Promised Land (Deuteronomy).
